Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free for all orders over $35.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase. You are responsible for your own return shipping. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • When you return your purchase to by mail within 15 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 15 days.
  • We also do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

Signature Required

For your protection, we may require a signature for orders valued at $150.00 and above.

If you would like to waive this requirement on your order, please contact us before placing your order. If you elect to waive a signature, we cannot refund or replace your order if it does not arrive.


  1. Send us an email to initiate your return or exchange. Once your request is approved, place your item(s) in the original  packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
  2. Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail.

Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing!

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders shipped through Ground Shipping takes 3-7 business days to arrive. will ship all orders based on the customers requirements but we cannot guarantee the carrier will deliver on a specified date since they are a third party service. All orders require one day for handling so will ship the next day. Any order placed on weekend will ship the following business day
