Phyto-Khol Perfect is an eye pencil with a firm and ultra-smooth tip that leaves a perfectly accurate line. It glides on softly and comfortably, without irritating the eyelids thanks to its enriched oils and waxes. Also includes pearly particles to create a metallic, reflective look. The pencil's soft formula is suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Smudge-tip applicator sharpener are included.

Application: Apply to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible,to accentuate the shape of the eye. You can also blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip in order to intensify the look. For a kohl effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eyeshadow and for a smokey effect, under eyeshadow.
